Vietnamization Reading and questions.  For those who were absent, you can read this document, scroll down about 2/3 of the document to the paragraph beginning with:
"It is in line with a major shift in U.S. foreign policy which I described in my press conference at Guam on July 25. Let me briefly explain what has been described as the Nixon Doctrine......." and read until the of the document.
Answer the questions:
1.  How did Nixon generalize his Vietnamization policy into the "Nixon doctrine"?
2.  According to Nixon, how did his Vietnamization policy differ from the policy followed by President Johnson?
